Can't get Altera JTAG Server service running on Windows 7 I recently upgraded from Quartus 9.1 on Windows XP to Quartus 11.0 on Windows 7 64-bit. At one point my USB Blaster was working, but it stopped (it may have been after a Windows OS auto-update?).
