Jun 22, 2007 · No. All Pentium 4 Processors do not support, 64-bit operating systems. Intel's 64-bit processor is now known as Intel® 64 Architecture. It was earlier known as Intel® Extended Memory 64 Technology, or Intel® EM64T. So, if the processor comes with an EM64T label, it would support a 64-bit operation. Intel says this on their site:
