Jun 10, 2013 · NVC doesn't take care of DV winners so you shouldn't even worry about that. You send your forms to KKC. Most of the countries don't need affidavit of support. As a DV winner you are self petitioner. Nobody is sponsoring you (like, for example, in spouse visa cases).
