Adobe Premiere Elements 4.0 can open projects from previous versions of Adobe Premiere Elements, but once you save them in Adobe Premiere Elements 4.0 you will no longer be able to edit them in previous versions of Adobe Premiere Elements. Adobe Premiere Pro CS3 can not import projects created in Adobe Premiere Elements 4.0.

Dec 12, 2016 · I am currently running Photoshop Elements version 1.0 on Windows 10 with no errors and NOT in compatibility mode. I like version 1.0 and see no reason to update as it fits all my needs. The trick is to make the installer think that Internet Explorer 8.0 or less is in Program Files\Internet Explorer.
