The legacy TWAIN plug-in usually works only with 32bit apps. PSE15 is a 64 bit application so it is unlikely to be compatible. You may need to use the software that came with your scanner, to get photos onto your computer and then import into Elements 15.

The scanner is WiFi and this worked fine with elements 11. Adobe says that they stopped supporting twain at version 12. It is a problem that they created when they decided not to use twain any more. I still have elements 11 and will go back to that if I have to but would like to use 14 since I did buy it.
