May 09, 2018 · The ESFA expects you to only claim for the funding you need, where the learning is less than one calendar month, the whole amount required should be claimed in the excess learning support column against the relevant funding line in the EAS. As long as you can evidence how the cost is made this should be sufficient. HTH
