Jan 15, 2017 · Comparing the defective version to a working version the only difference is that there is no MAPI entry at the bottom of the default file for Outlook 2016. Looking at the control panel defaults for Outlook 2016, there is no entry at the bottom of the file for MAPI. So, it cannot be checked. How do I add the MAPI default, so it can be checked?
