Feb 14, 2012 · I have narrowed down the issue to when I try to remove the device it tells me it cannot be found for that user. In the command it shows a wrong path to the user's account in AD. It is trying to access the User in their old OU. Basically, when we moved the users to a new OU in AD the information did not syncronize to EMC for the ActiveSyncDevices.
