I have just begun upgrading them from Windows Mobile 5 to WM6 (which included upgrading from ActiveSync4.2 to 4.5). ActiveSync reports a 85020006 error, which is "unable to connect to server". The phones sync fine over GPRS, and we have several other phones that sync with no problems at all. I've tried setting the "Connects me to" to "Internet" instead of "Autodetect" in Activesync as people on various sites have suggested, but to no avail.

Aug 05, 2010 · Apparently, the presence of this second Outlook data file was enough to confuse Activesync and prevent the syncing of new updates from my Fuze. After I deleted all traces of the data file from Outlook (and thus had only my single main data file), Activesync began working again, and the Support Code 1 did not occur.
