Sep 06, 2007 · Support Code 0x80072F0D I am getting this code when trying to use active sync to access our exchange 2003 server. I am also getting security errors and invalid root cert. when trying to download the security cert. from the server.

Feb 20, 2015 · With these 3 still on the PDA, when I opened a IE window to the OWA server, I was still prompted with the SSL warning that the cert was invalid. I accepted it and then browsed to the OWA website. Active sync was still failing with the 0x80072F0D error, both over USB and by cell.

Jan 12, 2009 · Hi Brian, I tried clearing the relationship and re setting that using my desktop. It attempted to run a sync right away, and threw a support code 80072f0d again, while I was still connected. I even installed the cert into the trusted root cert authorities using MMC before attempting that. No luck.
