コケた!こないだまで大丈夫だったのに! 開発環境でも bundle install できてたのですが、デプロイ用のサーバ上でやるとコケる・・・これはいかに。. 原因は? こないだ追加した gem がダメだったのか、それとも何かバージョンが上がったのか、とか妄想を巡らせたのにダメ。

RubyGems version is different than Ruby version (there is no Ruby 2.1.1). It might be the gem is not using RVM's ruby either (which gem might be pointing to /usr/bin/gem instead of using RVM) – Dylan Markow Sep 11 '13 at 12:38

Rubymine has nothing to do with this. As @Sunny commented out you need to make sure the ruby version you are using. I recommend you to create a new file on the app root directory, name it .ruby-version and inside add the ruby version you want ruby-2.4.0 (you can always modify it later and set a different versions)..
