Mar 03, 2010 · I am encountering the Support Code Issue 86000107 Repeatedly. I Sync with MS Exchage 7 @ work and my home computer MS XP. I have reset / reinstalled twice. It is mostly affecting reoccuring appointments. Eg. 1 year reoccuring appointments get changed to every 144 months or every 12 years. Please help ... this needs a patch!

Hi, I have a Palm Treo Pro that keeps giving me Support Code:86000107 when I try to sync calendar to two computers. I have fixed it temporarily by unticking sync items one by one everytime I need to sync (e.g calendar, tasks, contacts) according to information I found in google.

Mikal613, I did tried a couple of times to remove and reinstall outlook...Didn't work. tropez9, I have already tried creating new PST file and it worked...But I want all my mail and contact to be there.

It has no problem with the first PC (whichever is sync'ed first), only when sync'ing with the second one. i'm also sync'ing with an exchange server on both PCs, and no problem there. i've also tried to set up the exchange sync on the phone (as well as on each of the PCs initially), the local PIM sync problem still persists.

May 23, 2008 · Support code 86000107 did appear on my home PC, and tried numerous workarounds. Just to let you know guys. I did create a new PST file, defaulted Outlook to it and resynched my phone from scratch. The phone contents got poured into this new PST. It seems to have fixed the problem for good. I did close outlook and killed activesync related ...
