Nov 13, 2013 · The software I use for my job (ACI appraisal software) does not support Windows 8.1, nor does it function properly. I need to revert back to Windows 8 but do not have the discs since it was preinstalled on my machine when I bought it earlier this year. Please advise how I can do this.

Dec 13, 2010 · Within 20 min I got a call from ACI tech. They got an email from LXX. What *****es me off is that if I had made the call to tech support I'd still be on hold. This just reinforces that the actual users of their software are 2nd class as far as they are concerned.
