Jan 01, 2013 · I have an Acer Iconia A500 tablet. It has stopped powering up. I have used all the reset options available on the website. Somehow I was connected to Acer UK previously. I was told I need to send it in. When I found this was the UK office; I was directed back to the website for the US.
