ACDSee does not support Unicode, so foreign language support (for recording foreign toponyms and friends in your photographs without the need for Romanize them) is limited. ACDSee 8 continues to be a great file-level digital image library manager, best for those with thousands of pictures and those who don't care about metadata.

Nov 19, 2018 · I like experimenting with presets, effects, filters, actions … whatever you want to call them … in other apps (iPhone, Instagram, Snapseed, ON-1, Lightroom, etc.) but find ACDsee sorely lacking in this area. Am I missing something? I absolutely love using ACDsee for organizing and editing, but am wishing there was effects/actions.

I am also still waiting for them to fix another bug from version 5 that has moved to version 6 and that is if you use ACDsee to rotate your image, it will truncate the EXIF information. ACDSee was fine . There was a Trial for ACDSee 6 with a reduced price that ended yesterday . I wanted to try it to see if it was what I wanted but couldn't get logged in . No help from the ACDSee Gurus . If the help is that bad , why would I want to try and buy from this outfit ! It appears that ACDSee doesn't care about customer support !

Jun 12, 2019 · My impression is ACDSee is very interested in taking my money but hardly committed to effective customer service. Am I the only user wit this problem. Somehow I suspect I am not. Yes, their technical support sucks but I love how quick and easy their product is to touch up an image. I had an issue with Pro 7 when I upgraded from Pro 6.
