Aug 18, 2012 · Acanac provides terrible technical support. I was using their VPS service to host the website of my business, and their server went down. I've tried to contact them by phone and literally waited on the line for hours without getting through.

Acanac has stupidly limited tech hours of Mon to Friday till 12am only.. Both times my internet went down when there was no tech support available.
