Make sure the Audio driver bit depth and File bit depth are the same (16 or 24), and both of these should be the same as what you set using the Aardvark Manager software to access the Q10's settings. 2.

The Q10 is a more fully developed all-in-one concept. Sound Quality. Aardvark uses AKM converters in the Q10, mounted in the breakout box and has a heavy shield over the circuitry on the PCI card. As a result, this card runs quiet with no noticeable noise. Aardvark did not tell me which specific AKM converters are in the box.

Jun 18, 2005 · I bought Cubase SX (version 2), a direct pro Q10 and a shure KSM-44 eighteen months ago. Unfortunately, I've had no time to record due to working / schooling full time. Anyway, I bought Aardvark Q10 due to a good friend stating that that Aardvark made the best sound card for computer studio recording. I'm sorry to see there's no support now.
