Jul 24, 2009 · After I turned off the computer, ran some errands, the DVD/CD-rom disk will not work! When I try to run an installed program which requires a disk (like a video game) I receive the message "Cannot locate the CD-ROM: Please insert the correct CD-ROM, select OK and restart program" even though the disk is in the computer.
