Oct 19, 2004 · MAn this sucks... so it has no support for Dual Channel... grrr! i have the A7N8X-X and i have the same problem. i got a free set of Crusial TWIN-X XMS 512mb RAM and i can't use it But for some reason the A7N8X and the deluxe support it.

Aug 22, 2003 · Either you don't have an A7N8X-X, or you don't have dual-channel memory. THe A7N8X-X uses the nforce2 400 chipset, which is why they continue to sell it and the A7N8X 2.0 at the same time. The latter is the nforce2 400 ultra, with dual-channel DDR.
