Apr 28, 2010 · i heard that from now game will support directx11 . but i have 9800gt 1gb which support directx10 . so would i be able to play directx11 games from nvidia 9800gt . games like crysis2,metro2033 will need directx11 . so would i able to play those games. ... The 5770 will probably get just as much performance as a 9800GT with the only difference being dx11 support... There is absolutely no reason to shell out near 200 for the same performance. lol ...

May 16, 2010 · General_Jameson boredgunner 9800GT SLI performs slightly WORSE than a single GTX 260.A GTX 470 performs on par with a GTX 260 SLI setup, but with higher minimum FPS, better PhysX processing, better AA performance, and DX11 support.

The 9800GT is identical to an 8800GT, although some were manufactured using a 55 nm technology instead of the 65 nm technology debuted on the 8800GT. The newer (55 nm) version supports HybridPower while the 65 nm version does not. ASUSTeK have released a 9800GT with Tri-SLI support. Taken from the Nvidia product detail page.

Sep 20, 2012 · I was told this game was supposed to have DX11 support or dx10 atleast but when I alt tab and hover my mouse over the Borderlands Icon on the start bar it says 32 Bit DX9. I suppose this is rendering in dx9? how do I get it to render in DX10 or 11? I have a AMD 6770 card with windows 7.
