Sep 02, 2009 · what is support code 85010014? i connect my phone and it starts to sync everything and then all of a sudden it stops and says under connected"windows pc: veiw status" and when i click on it. it tells me that "activesync encountered a problem on the desktop and the support code is 85010014" what does that mean and what do i have to do to fix it?
