I have Geforce 7300 GS and 2 displays; was running Win 7 Pro. Windows 10 compatibility tool said would not upgrade due to non-support of graphics adapter. But, I did anyway with Windows 10 Media Creation Software tool. It installed "Windows Basic Display Adapter" which would not run second monitor, but did allow 1 monitor at 1280x1024.

You did seem to miss his point about 1080p though. Even a lowly 7200GS with blobs runs circles around the 690G for image quality , color and can squeak out 1080p playback on the same cpu that the 690g chokes on (granted you give up hdmi in the case with the 7200GS and use a dvi/spdif combo instead) and it doesn't even use vdpau.
