The DVD+-RW ND 3650A is not reading or writing to media. I tried the diagnostic at MS Fix-it but it could not solve the problem. I am running MS7 Home Premium SP1 (build 7601) on a Dell Deminsion E520 with 4 Gb RAM with 2.13 Ghz Intel Core 2 Duo processor.
