To correct OP: the 24p (Blu-ray 3D version) of the episode is not the "correct" speed, but (as stated) Blu-ray doesn't support 3D at 25p/50i. Series 1-4 Blu-rays (the episodes themselves) are all the same and are all slowed down to 24p. If you stick with the UK Blu-ray discs for Series 5 on, you should be getting all 50i without any messy International masters interpolated to 60i.

It is possible to create a data DVD (not a video DVD) that contains 1080i or 1080p video files that will then play in a computer with a DVD or Blu-ray drive, but such disks will not work in a stand-alone DVD or Blu-ray player. Because of these hassles and limitations, I no longer produce DVDs.

Jul 24, 2017 · I know that my TV isn't the best of it's kind and it probably doesn't support 24P as well as more expensive models do but I just want to get rid of as much judder as possible. It's only my 4K BluRay movies which I'm getting judder with. Everything else seems to be fine. Any help would be really appreciated. Many thanks in advance.
