Till today, I have been running 2.6.20, 1000hz, voluntary preemption. I've had the 2.6.21 source here for a while, and got around to compiling it today. For the most part I am using the same config I made for the .20 kernel I run, but I did select the 'tickless kernel' option in .21 to see what would do for me.
